NeptunePlayer

this project was entirely vibecoded but lots of thought put into it. hours and hours of tackling the code and trying to make it overall function & look like a normal app would.
at the start it really just was a small passion project that was a browser web-app but i wanted to make it more but also function the same no matter what platform you use
for desktop app i switched to electron and rewrote all the browser parts of the app and it is now polished!
(even if it is still buggy and WIP i still love it enough to release it and you can report using the neptune logo settings <3).

3d galleryish view

cool album cover view for your library. cards fan out in a slick "3D" perspective carousel.

default neptune art

cool picture of neptune when there's no album cover metadata. you can also change it by clicking neptune next to the neptuneplayer logo above your library.

full customization

change default cover art, pick any accent color (for no metadata cover), set custom hotkeys.

friend support

add friends via peer ID, see what they're listening to, listen together in sync. (this is entirely experimental and free to make until my ass get some money

right-click any track to see play count, total listening time, and calculated days spent. (update: also added a right click submenu for other options)

this is just the beginning. neptuneplayer keeps growing with new features and evolving into something anyone can use ^_^.
